  • Where do we ship?
    We currently ship to the U.S.
  • What if I don't receive my order (missing/lost)?
    Lost in transit - For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
  • Wrong address
    If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
  • What if something isn't right with my order?
    Please reach out to us via email and provide a detail statement including your order number.
  • What if my item arrives damaged / defective?
    Defective/ damage- Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. ​
